We develop active full-body exoskeletons¹ for an activity-independent use. Our exoskeletons provide assistance in everyday life and improve performance in professional contexts.

¹) What is an active full-body exoskeleton?

An active full-body exoskeleton is a wearable robotic system that supports and stabilizes the human body during locomotion and task execution. It helps to reduce physical strain caused by constrained postures, heavy loads and demanding work cycles through a combination of joint assistance and ground-directed load transfer.

  • Is a special training required to use an Auxsys exoskeleton?
Yes and no. We develop our exoskeletons in such a way that they can be used without any prior technical knowledge or training. Nevertheless, every user receives training, as this enhances the user experience and benefit significantly.
  • What tasks are supported by Auxsys exoskeletons?
Most activities related to lifting, carrying and moving are actively supported. This also includes climbing stairs, walking forwards and backwards, going up and down slopes, walking on uneven terrain and other more complex movements, as well as carrying heavy loads on the back.
  • Are Auxsys exoskeletons adjustable in size?
Yes. Auxsys exoskeletons by default offer tool-free adjustments for users between 165 cm and 192 cm in height, as well as for a wide range of other body proportions. This enables seamless reconfiguration between different users in work environments where shared systems are required.
  • Where is Auxsys located?
Auxsys is based in Aachen, Germany.
  • What is the best way to contact Auxsys?
There are several ways: Email (info@auxsys.com), our contact form here on the website and phone (+49 176 249 802 02).
